Terms of ServiceWhat you may do in the service, what we are responsible for and what you are.Version of 1 September 2026

1. Subject

These terms govern the use of the event planning and timer service available at the site address and all of its subdomains.

Creating an account means full and unconditional acceptance of this document in the version currently in force.

2. Account and access

An account belongs to one person. Access may not be handed to third parties — invitations into a workspace exist for working together.

The account owner is responsible for keeping the password and access keys safe, and for everything done under that account.

3. Rights to content

Running orders, event names, logos and any other material you upload remain yours.

We receive a limited right to process and store that material solely to operate the service, and we do not use it in marketing without separate written consent.

4. Restrictions

Interfering with the service, circumventing the technical limits of a plan and reaching other people's workspaces are all prohibited.

Load testing and any other security testing are permitted only by prior written arrangement.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by networks and venue equipment.

We are not liable for organisational decisions taken at an event, nor for indirect losses.

6. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Material changes are published on this page no later than 14 days before they take effect.

Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new version.

Privacy PolicyWhat data we collect, why, where we keep it and how to have it deleted.Version of 1 September 2026

1. What we process

Account data: name, email address, password hash and passkey public keys.

Event data: names, running orders, workspace members and change logs.

Technical data: IP address, session identifiers and interface language — needed for security and brute-force protection.

2. Why we process it

To provide the service: synchronise the timer across devices, separate access and bill the plan.

To keep it safe: limit sign-in attempts, detect suspicious activity and investigate incidents.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

A limited set of data reaches our infrastructure, email delivery and payment contractors — strictly in the volume their function requires.

4. Storage and deletion

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation for as long as the account exists.

After an account is deleted, working data is removed within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to keep.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing.

Requests are handled within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Subscription TermsThe paid subscription: what a plan includes, how it renews and how to stop it.Version of 1 September 2026

1. Subject

This document is a public offer to provide access to the paid plans of the service.

Paying for a chosen plan constitutes acceptance of the offer.

2. Plans and payment

What each plan contains and what it costs is set out on the pricing page, which forms an integral part of this offer.

Payment is made in advance for a billing period. Prices are in roubles and include all applicable taxes.

3. Renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically for the next billing period unless it is switched off in settings before that period starts.

Switching off renewal does not end access early: the period already paid for runs to its end.

4. Refunds

The unused remainder of a paid period is refunded on written request to support.

Refunds are made by the same method the payment was made, within 10 business days.

5. Price changes

The price of a running subscription does not change before the end of the paid period.

We announce a new price no later than 30 days before the next period begins.

CookiesWhich cookies the site sets and how to control them.Version of 1 September 2026

1. Strictly necessary

The session cookie holds the fact that you are signed in; without it the account cannot work.

The language and theme cookie remembers the interface you chose so the page does not flash on load.

2. What we do not do

We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We build no user profiles for ad targeting.

3. Control

Cookies can be deleted or blocked in browser settings. Signing in and remembering the language will then stop working.

Event screens opened from a link use their own device binding and require no sign-in.
